At Automodellista, we want you to be completely satisfied with your scale model purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the model in its original display box and shipping carton to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
